Summary 
 
DNA extraction from paraffin-embedded sections can be performed in only 15 to 20 minutes.
The product rapidly achieves DNA isolation for PCR using a special surfactant, through a brief method only involving boiling of the tissue section and centrifugation. Thus, neither protease treatment nor alcohol precipitation is needed.
